I just purchased a 1988 B6200, 4WD with standard transmission. It's fitted with ag tires and I'd rather have turf. Is there any way I can do this without buying new rims from orange? Rear size is 8.3X16, fronts are 6X12.Anyone out there in the mid-west willing to trade turf rims/tires for my very good ags? Or, anyone out there willing to sell a set of rims so I can buy the turfs?

It uses a 16 inch rim in the rear and the ag tires are 8 by 16 or 8.3 by 16, I've seen either one. If you want to replace them with turfs you can just buy automobile or SUV tires for it and save a ton of money. It's real easy to find 16 inch automobile tires in many widths and a lot cheaper, and turf tread is just like automobile tread.

The rims used on B6200 ag tires are the exact same rims they use on implements and trailers and even the front wheels of bigger tractors. It's a generic rim and there is no reason you have to buy artificially inflated tires (I mean the price is inflated not the tires. Well, the tires are too). Some of the L series Kubotas use the same rim for the front that the B6200 has for the rear. It's a very common generic rim.

However, turf rims for the B6200 are a lot wider than the ones you have so maybe if you want wide turfs (advised) you need new wider rims for the tractor.

Check Ebay. There was just a set of 4 turf tires mounted on rims for the small B series tractors (6 on 6 pattern). Nobody bid on them. They were starting at $400. Maybe they will be relisted cheaper. ....
